She does not live in Northgate but yesterday Jades helped me and my Mum above and beyond as not only did they offer to help by delivering my Mum's medication to her free of charge, this was done within an hour of me talking to them as unfortunately I got a positive Covid test. “I have to share a review of a fantastic lady who helped me with a prescription. Sabrina went above and beyond at the Tesco Hazelwick Store. The medication I required and as prescribed by my doctor was out of stock everywhere. Sabrina took the time to call to try and find the product whilst I went to work. I returned to the store at midday - she had one of the items but not the other. She advised she could get the medication by Monday the following week but also said she would reach out to the pharmacist to see if there was an alternative in stock. There wasn't but she suggested a lot of other ways of finding the medication. She called me to advise of other options. It is so rare to get this kind of customer service. I work in a customer facing environment so appreciate the efforts she went to to assist me - taking me aside to speak privately in a very busy Tesco store. I cannot thank her enough and would suggest that Tesco recognise her for her efforts. Indeed the team at Tesco Hazelwick Pharmacy have a great work ethic - and they had long queues today. Thank you Sabrina - truly grateful for your help and finding solutions”

“A very friendly pharmacy. I travelled on 200 bus from Horsham to this walk in covid vaccine centre. I didnt have appointment but was told by assistant that wasnt a problem, I sat down and was called in to small room for my covid jab, which was painless. No walk in clinics in Horsham, so this was so worth it.”

“Smaller store with less staff members, no one seems to be available on shop floor when needed and till service always seem to take awhile following no staff.Store offers less than most I've been to, but has the essential bits you may need along with a small baby care section too.”

“My biggest issue is they close for an hour over lunch everyday but it’s not published anywhere. They have a poster on the door but not even the Boots website confirms they close.They also rarely answer the phone. Otherwise when you go in they are always helpful and serve people as quickly as they can.”

“Perfectly nice boots. Staff were friendly and shelves were mostly full and tidy. I did find it to be organised in a somewhat counter-intuitive layout but there was plenty of clear signage and staff were happy to help.

Re wheelchair/step free access:

Plenty of space to move around if you’re a wheelchair user, but it is on two floors so if you can’t use an escalator I think you’d have to go out and use the shopping centre.”

“Just got back from the pharmacy, they were amazing at helping me. I'd ran out of my anti seizure medication without realising, due to royal mail not delivering my prescription despite ordering well over a week ago. I thought I still had another box, but realised late Sunday afternoon that I didn't, and was travelling abroad early the following morning! After trying tescos who were very unhelpful, I phoned asda and they were great! The gentleman there went out of his way to help me, even though it was last minute, not long before he was probably due to be going home. He was so friendly, and patient, and thanks to him I've got the medication I need! So I would definitely recommend these guys if you're having a crisis!”

“It's on a bigger side store with Asda petrol garage too, which sells usually cheaper fuel. Large car park with bus stop. Also, with an online grocery collection point outside.”
