“I visited this store with my Mum today. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were welcomed to the shop (even though it was packed with other customers) and the staff checked we were happy browsing. Upon trying some bits on, another store colleague came over to give her opinion on the items my Mum was trying. She was not pushy, but was chatty and honest. We were greeted by an equally friendly team member at the till, and the overall shop was tidy, well laid out and had a good selection of product.”

“Great bhf charity shop always happy to accept my donations and I always support them as I had open heart surgery to save my life. Only downside is it can be difficult to get parked to drop stuff off but they do also collect from homes too.”

“To visit the food hall on a Saturday afternoon you could easily be fooled into thinking that the cost of living crisis never happened. Surprisingly busy!We got ourselves a few treat bits for lunch as well as Newt and I each getting a new pair of trousers. My mum always says that m&s makes clothes for real people, they probably have one of the widest range of sizes of any high street shop”
