“After researching longline puffer coats online. I then visited my closest store on Sunday 29th December 2024 to try on my preferred options.
I spoke with Ana in the Brighton store. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to discuss my preferences with me. The coat I wished to purchase was not in stock in my preferred colour. After a simple ordering process at the till my new coat was ordered for free delivery to my home. Ana advised up to 7 days for delivery and my new coat arrived on new year's eve, just 48 hours after ordering! (For festive season / January sales time that's pretty impressive as my coat was dispatched later on Sunday 29th December!)

We first asked someone to help us out and he admitted that he’s got someone better to take us through what we need. He was absolutely right, that guy gave us a very detailed, helpful and honest information that we needed. it was a very straightforward transaction, it didn’t feel like we are pressured to get anything and we were very happy with our purchase.”
