Fantastic service from Eleanor in the store. I have size 13 feet and was told by a nice ship assistant that they didn't have anything in my size (like every other shop on the high street). Poor. Ignored by the one person working, who was serving someone else but didn’t even acknowledge our presence. Waited a few minutes and then left, mentioning the lack of service at the desk downstairs…the response was indifference. A real shame.
