As a beginner runner I was a concerned that I knew very little about running shoes. I had a gait analysis with Sophia, who was just brilliant. She was very knowledgable and friendly, and explained how everything worked with clarity. A star!

I went into Runners Need yesterday to have a gait analysis and to buy some new running trainers. Sofia did my gait analysis and helped me find the best trainers for me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and she had so much invaluable knowledge. I will definitely be recommending this service/ shop to anyone looking to get themselves some new running trainers or get their gait analysed. I also won't be going anywhere else next time I need some new running trainers. Thank you so much Sofia and Runners Need!

Went in for a pre-booked gait analysis. Store felt understaffed as I was waiting for a long time, and the staff member helping me had to go to other customers and leave me waiting occasionally. They were then out of stock of the running shoe size I needed.

I came in here to get the runners gait test to get new running shoes. Bella was so helpful, honest and brilliant at her job. She knew everything there was to know about trainers and was very friendly too. I have got a great new pair of trainers and am really pleased with the service. Thank you!

Booked a gait analysis due to pain and numbness in my feet whilst running in my current trainers. Had my assessment with Owen who was SO knowledgable and helpful - the assessment was far more in depth and thorough than my previous assessment at Simply Sports. Came away with the Saucony Guides, and have since ran twice with absolutely zero pain! Very very pleased, thank you Owen!

Was a bit disappointed, was waiting for a while to be served. They were busy with other customers, but I thought they would of said 'I'll be with you in second'.
Just kept walking past me. Not being one of those, but have worked in a similar shop, and always told customers waiting quickly what shoes to look at while I was serving others. I knew the price would be discouraging, so wanted to keep them in the shop.
I eventually walked out unfortunately.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great sale selection. I was able to take my time without being hassled and ended up spending more than I intended as a result.

Fantastic service from Eleanor in the store. I have size 13 feet and was told by a nice ship assistant that they didn't have anything in my size (like every other shop on the high street). I was going to walk out and she caught me and said she would go and check. 5 minutes later she came back with 3 pairs in my size and because of here ended up spending £135 in runners world with fantastic service.Really happy with the purchase and would definitely go back if I needed anything else.

Poor. Ignored by the one person working, who was serving someone else but didn?t even acknowledge our presence. Waited a few minutes and then left, mentioning the lack of service at the desk downstairs?the response was indifference. A real shame.
