The most awful experience. ALWAYS a problem when posting parcels - meaning I need to go elsewhere to complete the task. Staff are surly, unfriendly and rarely speak English. Goods are overpriced and isles are narrow. Parking is a real issue, especially during school times or when there is a football match at Crawley FC.... read full comment

The short, older guy with dark hair makes the visit to my local paper shop very uncomfortable. I visit this shop on a regular basis and have never caused any reason for them to be suspicious of me.
