Everything was fine until I met the Deputy Mgr at checkout who refused to put the breakfast charge on account as the booking said Meal Allowance and not specifically breakfast. Poor construction of rooms, could hear family arriving and leaving and unable to sleep for 4 hours due to noise from above. My partner and left the hotel at 6am because we could not sleep properly. We paid £100 for nothing! Got 3.5 hours sleep after a wedding we went to. Seriously,, this hotel has a construction issue.... read full comment

My husband is a full time wheelchair user and there were a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, the car park was on quite an incline and my husband wouldn't have been able to push up to it (to be fair the staff were very good in helping him up there, but that isn't the point really) there should be parking... read full comment
