Great staff - both at Reception and in the bar/restaurant. Large hotel, in good order, clean and comfortable. Only 15 mins to the airport via taxi - at a fixed rate and with a very reliable company. Have used this hotel before and will use it again

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a few issues that I feel need to be addressed. I paid £145 for the room, and on top of that, I had to pay an additional £12.50 for each of my two cars, which I found quite excessive. Breakfast was not included in the price, which is disappointing, especially when you can get similar prices at luxury hotels in London that offer breakfast as part of the stay. And the breakfast charge is £16.50!! On top of it..its just walking bills here. They'll start charging for sitting in the reception soon..
Moreover, the room was freezing at night. I had to call the reception for assistance, but thankfully, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and reset the heating for me.
I wouldn?t recommend this hotel due to high pricing on everything when it's not even luxury it's just holiday inn..

A convenient place to stay overnight if traveling from Gatwick airport. Room & hotel very clean & comfortable.
Rooms: We had a twin room. Very clean & comfortable nights sleep. TV, kettle, ironing board, table & chairs, night lights for reading & not disturbing your partner. Good shower pressure. A little bit mean with only one teabag & one coffee sachet though. And no bottled water. Ok for an overnight stay
Nearby activities: Great place for car parking for airport. Not sure about local facilities as only stayed one night
Safety: I felt safe there. Cameras everywhere. A lot more than average
Walkability: Not far from car park to reception.But on a slope
Food and drinks: Very expensive for what it is.
Noteworthy details: I would stay here again if traveling and recommend it. Clean. Comfortable. Quick & easy check in & out. Secure. Very pleasant.

We had one overnight stay plus 10 days car park and it worked really well for us at a very reasonable cost . A nice modern hotel with comfortable beds and rooms and well appointed bathroom . The taxi to
Gatwick South Terminal was arranged by the hotel and a quick journey and under £20 . On our return we phoned the same taxi company once we had picked up our baggage and walked to the pick up point , the taxi arrived within a few minutes , and we were back at the hotel carpark within about 15 minutes, picked up our car keys from reception and were on our way home . The checking in and out at the hotel was quick and easy , the staff sweet , and a slick and easy system . Only a short walk to the car too.
We had a meal in the restaurant and drinks in the bar which was all good. We will definitely stay again next time we fly from Gatwick.

My wife and I recently enjoyed two stays at the hotel the staff were very polite and friendly. The food and drink quality was great and the rooms very comfortable. The car park was easy to access too. Gomez the Assistant Front Office Manager was fantastic. The gym next door was perfect.

Got a free upgrade when I checked in. The parking and room is as cheap as just parking at Gatwick at the end of September.
Fix priced taxi of £18.50.

Lovely hotel, lovely quiet comfortable rooms. A map is required to navigate around here to find out where your room is. Bar prices and food prices are very, very expensive plus they add a 20% Service Charge on everything you buy. Next time we have to fly from Gatwick I?m going to re-evaluate my plans and find somewhere better value with no extra add ins (which we were not informed of)

Comfortable accommodation in a good location. Had a two course evening meal for 2 with a bottle of wine in the restaurant and found it a bit pricey at £105.00, probably not helped by the 12.5% service charge!

We stay here when we?re going to the airport. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The staff are very useful and polite. A taxi is booked for you. There is a restaurant and bar which is very nice and the food is lovely

Loved it here, staff were superb at check-in, the bar and restaurant were fab and the car park had plenty of room, plus a load of PodPoint chargers.
