“After being with a different branch of Specsavers my entire life, I trialled this branch a few years ago (around COVID) and had a not so great experience that left me feeling like I'd never return and stick with my original branch.

Recently, I had found that one of my (fairly new) glasses was giving me migraines and so whilst in Crawley I visited the branch again in the hopes of booking someone to look at them as I didn't want to have wasted £200 on a pair of glasses that can't be used after 6 months.

Despite being a weekend, one of the staff members saw me straight away, assessed the fit of both pairs of my glasses, opened my prescription from the other branch, measured both pairs and compared them against the prescription. Within about 5 minutes she had identified the issue of a lens being rotated slightly and advised she had corrected it and to try them again.

I ended up being instore for less than 15 minutes and have been migraine-free from that pair since, I am so grateful that they saw me, serviced them for free and have effectively saved me wasting a pair of glasses. It was like a completely different store from my previous visit, I couldn't have been more impressed at the service delivered and in actual fact it's completely changed my opinion of this branch and I will be returning for my next eye test when the time comes.”
