“Every single staff member I encountered here were so nice! I haven't been to the opticians for about 4 years and the whole process couldn't have been smoother. They are incredibly organised and clearly very good at what they do. From the optician himself (who was very thorough and I felt like really made sure to get my prescription absolutely perfect) to the lovely lady who helped me pick out my frames. Everything was explained really clearly and I wasn't rushed about my all so I was able to ask lots of questions and try on quite a few pairs of glasses. I wish I had the names of everyone who dealt with me as they all deserve praise (they have a super organised process with staff members at different stages)! Definitely recommend this branch!”
