“From booking online and going to the store I couldn’t fault my experience at all. From a warm welcome and step by step eye test everything was explained clearly for what needed. Even though the store was busy, everyone was well looked after. Choosing my glasses I was looked after by Sam and she was amazing, I felt so comfortable trying different pairs and so confident with the ones I went for.
