“Apologies I didn’t get ask the young gentlemen’s name but, he sure has done a smashing job at repairing my bike honestly feels so much better smoother safe enjoyable to ride, clearly knows this stuff a v knowledgeable guy! Can tell he has some experience and is confident at what he’s doing, very pleased he noticed the fault as it could have ended in a nasty accident - easy to talk to understanding laid back kinda guy, repaired the faults within less than a week so was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised to have my bike back fully repaired in less than a week super fast process. Couldn’t be happier great customer service v professional many thanks! Highly recommend this store skilful helpful polite staff members”

“Amazing experience from start to finish. I can and will highly recommend Ripples for any bathroom renovation, large or small. We were greeted very warmly and at first, did not think that they could help, as our bathroom is reasonably small, but Helen sat us down and discussed the many options available both from a design stand point and materials available. She understood straight away what we were looking for and came up with a wonderful design. A bathroom that was warm and welcoming, with an amazing array of tiles, units etc. Indeed the bathroom fitters that we used acknowledged her, commenting that they were the best plans they had ever seen/used. Both Helen and Derek were on hand when we had questions from either ourselves or the fitters and even visited us on more than one occasion to make sure we were satisfied and to check on progress. A true 10 out of 10 experience, you will not be disappointed!”

Making a decision on what choice of tiles we need for the kitchen isn't a 5 minute job when you have to live with them everyday. I couldn't concentrate as it was so cold in there. “Good Range (pun intended) of products. Often cheaper than other places or online. Halloween and Christmas displays are good. Parking is usually ok and the queue in the shop isn't too bad even on a Saturday.”

“Just to say that during the school holidays, for each adult spending £4, one child eats for free! This includes a small main, drink, choc biscuit and crisps! It is easy to reach £4 - just a coffee and cake and u r there! It would be great if this offer continues after the holidays.”
