Knowledgeable staff friendly and approachable in finding out about the products.It's an old school company that is surviving the modern world, the staff know what they are talking about and don't baffle you with farmyard by-product. Also the customer services / accounts department are friendly and approachable and having the option to only pay 25% deposit at time of order is good.All in all a pleasent experience and will return for future purchases.”

“Went to collect a Christmas present this morning probably like most of Sussex and was with my 3 year old who the present was for….this is the first store that I’ve been into over the whole festive period where the gentleman serving me went out of his way to not only refer to the order as ‘two items’ instead of what the present was, but he also sneaked the present to the kiosk and helped me quickly conceal it in my handbag so my son wouldn’t see.
Something so simple but so helpful in the busy, stressful lead up to Christmas when you’ve got children in tow.
