“Went in here trying to find a bulb for my wifes wax burner which was highly unusual the staff here could not do enough, we spent a good 15 to 20 minutes trying to find the correct bulb honestly so pleased with their help and service today and I felt a bit like a plonker for not keeping hold of the old bulb to my wife's wax melt. I recommend these and will definitely come again overall very pleased.”

“Had a really pleasant experience selecting tiles from Topp Tiles Havant yesterday. Welcomed but then left to browse first as we asked. Then when we found some potentials, Kevin helped source them in our timeframe. He had to make several phone calls to meet our needs - he didn't seem put out by the extra work. Collaborated with the Waterlooville branch to get what we wanted - good team work. Correct trims selected after we explained where they were needed. All in all a much more pleasant experience than we were anticipating (based on purchase of our floor tiles from another supplier!)”

“Not usually a fan of large non trade merchants but B&Q is pretty good as it goes. The items are fairly expensive for what they are but the range is quite good and usually in stock . Staff are always absolutely excellent, very helpful and I do love the policy of hiring experienced older folk, a real credit to the brand to have such happy knowledgeable people working there. Good management overall.”

“Easy parking, roads in and out can get congested as they service the retail park, the Tesco superstore and some smaller retail units further along. If you can, drive in from the Farlington end because it's easier to turn left into the park, then right at the mini roundabout. Hobbycraft itself is very well presented and there is everything you would expect for all kinds of things from art supplies to macrame, from knitting to model making, a good baking section and of course lots of seasonal stuff to do and make with the kids.”
