“I arrived at Halfords for a battery test, I was assisted by Joey and all I can do is praise him for his professionalism and assistance. He explained and demonstrated the test which resulted in the issue being corrected. It took no more than an hour and was very affordable.”

“James served me and was really helpful. It's always the staff that makes the difference. Another thing that I thought worthy of mentioning, was the collaboration between Screwfix and Toolstation. With Screwfix initially recommending Toolstation to me and I learnt from James it's vice versa. It's proof to me that they both value the customer needs over the competition / profit. “Kayla at the paint mixing station was fantastic with our son today. She allowed him to press the buttons and do the scanning and he was fascinated by it all! What she didn't realise was that he had just moved home and was finding things a bit tough. Thank you for making his day and making things a bit more exciting for him! Brilliant customer service!”
