“Exceptional customer service from Boxalls and Alan in particular (the showroom manager).Last week we looked at the extensive range of vanity units and taps in the showroom and took home a vanity unit and tap but unfortunately the tap was faulty and dripped after I fitted it. Another cartridge was ordered but this did not solve it. Alan then actually came out himself to try and correct things but a replacement also turned out to be faulty. As a result he offered a better model tap which I fitted and all is working perfectly now.I'm not sure all companies would go to these lengths to sort out a problem.”

He made the process extremely easy and guided us along the way, making really sensible recommendations and it was clear that he listened to what we were saying. The 3D images really, really helped. In addition, HPS liaised with our builder really well re delivery, etc, so that side of things went very smoothly. We are delighted with both rooms and have received many compliments. The tiles we wanted were only available in a branch in London but within 2 days they were at the Portsmouth shop and we had help to load our order into the car. The price for the tiles, grout, trims and adhesive was less than other shops quoted just for tiles. We would definitely shop here before anywhere else in future . Thank-you”

But their timber was good with helpful & knowledgeable staff helped get the right screws etc for my pergola building project as well as gravel and edging roll I wanted.”

“Visited today, its great to be able to take our dog in as I don't like leaving him outside the shop so in lots of shops me and my husband end up going in separately. The lady who served us was really nice and my dog Toto agrees a not only did she make him welcome she gave him a treat. “There are probably cheaper places to go for your hardware goods but for convenience and a high range of choice it’s you’re best bet. The click and collect service is very simple. If this store doesn’t have the specific item you need they can get it within a couple of days at no extra charge and if you over order, (paint for example) the returns process is no nonsense.”

“We bought a bathroom from Toni at United Bathrooms nearly a yer ago had it by a very good company,it is still as good know as when it was fitted. Toni was a very big help as we had no idea of what we wanted or needed. Toni designed and went to great lengths to sort out what we wanted even though at the time she was very busy sorting her own wedding. We wold not think twice about using Toni and the bathroom fitting's she sells again.
