“Very helpful staff. I went in for a couple of quarter turn ceramic tap cartridges for an old kitchen tap. They pulled out a large box containing dozens of different sized tap cartridges! I didn't know how many different sizes there were. They used a tap sizing tool on the old valve I brought in to find the correct replacement. The sizing tool is a bit like a ring finger sizer that a jeweller uses.The new cartridges fitted a treat.Thank you HPS Fareham.”

“Had two bathrooms refitted by Little Duck. The upstairs went smoothly even though there was a slight change to the plan for the sink. Really pleased with the result, it has the wow factor.We knew we had a small leak in the downstairs bathroom so expected issues but this was worse than expected. Stuart suggested we contact our Building Insurance company to confirm actions needed, rather than ploughing on with the work to avoid issues later. This caused weeks of delays while the floor dried but as soon as it was Stuart came round to continue the work when given the ok.Again so happy with the results. The communication, skill and effort of the guys is brilliant.Can thoroughly recommend the whole team, Carl who was patient with us planning, Stuart and Rhys for the refit and Allen for the electrics.If there was any area I would mark them down for, it would be a couple of times there was a delay ordering the shower cadies but that is all.Photos are not great but give an idea”

There was stuff in stock when I got to the store which the website said there wasn't however.........I witnessed the counter assistant Mark being incredibly helpful and polite to the lady in the queue in front of me and he extended the same helpfulness and politeness to me.
