Whilst the service at the cafe was faultless, the ordering process via a touchscreen is horrendous. I guess these systems are installed to save the company money as they translate to fewer staff. I used to love this store. Now - shelves not stocked, checkouts lack people, Ages to get to checkout, no staff, staff that you find complain about their bosses. Sainsbury’s looks like a good bet!
