“Friendly service. Close to the local schools. Can get a little to packed around school finish times and not much room down the aisles but it is a small corner shop. The staff and service I can't fault. Recommended to go to the store before the kids leave school or after 4.30pm.”

“I would like to thank the amazing staff at M and S BP, for their exceptional customer service standards.Three members of your staff truly stand out, and perform consistently the world class service levels, exceeding all expectations. These members of staff are, Shelly, Abs, and Rakhee.I use M and S daily on my work commute, and I am always in a rush, yet, they not only excuse my erratic rushed behaviour, they deliver the best service possible with the kindest approach, in the most efficient manner. Having the clear demonstration of the speediest, most friendliest transaction with a smile, always calms me and gives me the reassurance I will get to work on time.I can not thank them enough, individually they all make my visit extra special. I find myself raving about their service every day I go to work, because each day they surprise me with their proactive, friendly, effective approach. They are all superstars. I dont normally find myself writing a review, but Shelly, Abs, and Rakhee, truly deserve recognition for their hard work.Thank you again.”

“Simply the best Tesco Express going! And my local so that's a bonus. The staff in there are always very friendly and helpful no matter how long they've been working and they have a great choice of stuff for a small shop and it's not overly expensive. And tonight I was in the right place at the right time as I got free flowers that we're going to be thrown out and they're beautiful!I walked in after a very tough day feeling a bit down but walked out with a smile on my face after the friendly banter with lovely staff so thank you for this and I'll take the flowers to my mom in the morning which she'll love!I can only highly recommend this shop ?”

“The one and only essential store in Dickens Heath. This shop is very useful and you can find almost all the items required for your daily needs. This is a savior for the people who stay near Dickens Heath. The village is highly populated and it is increasing day by day. This is the only shopping store for the entire village. The items are little expensive compared to other large stores, but considering the convenience it is ok. There is pretty good sales at this store as I see most of the items getting out of stock in few days.”

“Tesco Express on High Street in Solihull is a large location for an "Express" store, it is in a great location within the town, it is close to multiple bus services and opposite Touchwood Shopping Centre. It represents more of a quick grab and go shopping experience, compared to the large Waitrose nearby. The store was relatively modern and it had a nice feel to it, compared to some other Tesco Express stores, which can sometimes feel a little dated. They had a nice selection of to-go food and drink, with a small selection of essentials including alcohol, and a Costa coffee machine. 4* - Useful store within the town, it can be a little awkward at times asking people to get past when busy, but that is typical with these types of stores.”

“Robert Dyas is a chain store, so Solihull differs little from the other outlets such as the one in Stratford upon Avon. There is a large range of domestic goods, including electrical equipment such as kettles. It is also possible to buy IT items such as leads and adapters. Other merchandise is reminiscent of traditional hardware stores. The goods are clearly displayed, although the gangways between the shelves could be wider. Service is very good. The small queues at the checkouts were handled quickly and efficiently. Although the access is suitable for wheelchair users, the store is located on a street where there is no parking”

“Over the past couple of days we have visited this store to change over our mobile provider. We were assisted by Liam. It was an absolute pleasure in dealing with Liam whose advice and assistance was excellent and after our first visit we knew we would return. At no time did he pressure us to buy any product was knowledgeable about the product suitable for us and assisted us in making the change. We kept our phones but saved £32 in the change. A credit to Tesco.”
