“The Waitrose in Solihull delivers the standard or customer service that we have come to expect from Waitrose over the years. I visited on a Sunday morning and even though it was bustling with people going about there shopping the staff were always visible and friendly. The security staff whilst walking around was chatty and engaging with the customers.All in all a jolly good Waitrose one might say”

“Sainsbury’s in Dorridge is a cracking little spot. The shop’s clean, tidy, and in a nice quiet location, with a few other bits around — chemist opposite, charity shop nearby, and a couple of food places dotted about. For a village the size of Dorridge, it’s a handy hub.

Parking’s bang on too — plenty of spaces right on the roof, with escalators and lifts taking you straight down into the store. Being next to the train station makes it even more convenient.

As far as Sainsbury’s go, this one’s a good’un. Clean store, clean area, easy access, and everything you need for your bits and bobs. I like it. I like it a lot.”

“I visited for some food shopping and some non-food items. It was easy to find what I was looking for. The young assistant at the self-service checkouts was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.”

“Most of my food shopping occurs here. Some of the staff are really lovely. Went in today for some food shopping. Well stocked and easy to find what I'm looking for.”

“I arrived an hour earlier immediately under the ramp, but they started unloading according to the time of unloading, fast unloading, stand nearby, there is no possibility of unloading cookies in the first dock”

“Good clean store with very competitive prices. Wide aisles and the middle aisle offer special deals weekly. The is a car at the rear of the building which is very handy.The big plus here is you don't wait very long .Queues at check outs move very quickly. Well worth a visit”

“The one and only essential store in Dickens Heath. This shop is very useful and you can find almost all the items required for your daily needs. This is a savior for the people who stay near Dickens Heath. The village is highly populated and it is increasing day by day. This is the only shopping store for the entire village. The items are little expensive compared to other large stores, but considering the convenience it is ok. There is pretty good sales at this store as I see most of the items getting out of stock in few days.”

“Simply the best Tesco Express going! And my local so that's a bonus.The staff in there are always very friendly and helpful no matter how long they've been working and they have a great choice of stuff for a small shop and it's not overly expensive.And tonight I was in the right place at the right time as I got free flowers that we're going to be thrown out and they're beautiful!I walked in after a very tough day feeling a bit down but walked out with a smile on my face after the friendly banter with lovely staff so thank you for this and I'll take the flowers to my mom in the morning which she'll love!I can only highly recommend this shop ?”

“Over the past couple of days we have visited this store to change over our mobile provider. We were assisted by Liam. It was an absolute pleasure in dealing with Liam whose advice and assistance was excellent and after our first visit we knew we would return. At no time did he pressure us to buy any product was knowledgeable about the product suitable for us and assisted us in making the change. We kept our phones but saved £32 in the change. A credit to Tesco.”

“The four stars are for the food and the staff however the overall service lacks the high quality M&S like to say they have. It’s the tills not being open when the shop is full obviously a management decision which affects overall service. I’m not a fan of self checkout I want human interaction so more of this and less of empty tills and computers.”

“I visited yesterday to grab some essentials and use the post office.
The lady serving me at the post office, Kelly was super nice and thoughtful. I was about to post two items separately at the same delivery address and she helped me combine the postage, saving me money and even sorted me a secure envelope and wrote the address for me (in better hand writing than mine ?). Kelly didn't have to do this but she took the time do, and I'm
grateful for her help ?
The rest of the staff at this store are always helpful and friendly. The location of the store is convenient and always handy when something needed quickly or in the late hours.

“Tesco Express on High Street in Solihull is a large location for an "Express" store, it is in a great location within the town, it is close to multiple bus services and opposite Touchwood Shopping Centre. It represents more of a quick grab and go shopping experience, compared to the large Waitrose nearby. The store was relatively modern and it had a nice feel to it, compared to some other Tesco Express stores, which can sometimes feel a little dated. They had a nice selection of to-go food and drink, with a small selection of essentials including alcohol, and a Costa coffee machine. 4* - Useful store within the town, it can be a little awkward at times asking people to get past when busy, but that is typical with these types of stores.”

“Tescos is always a great place to shop - make sure you use your Tesco loyalty card to get discounts and points.
The staff are always helpful, the merchandise is always best quality (or if it is not, the assistant at the help desk will happily sort you out).
I can't fault them.

“Friendly staff and a good all round shop. Has everything little bit you could want that you may miss of a weekly shop. It is Open quite late most days which has been useful on more than one occasion”

“Nice staff, always friendly, considering some of the customers they get, i go there regularly for fuel and meal deals,,, just wish the Costa coffee worked .... always cleaning itself , very frustrating.”

“Large store with a wide range of products. Can get very busy and dot.com shoppers often block aisles making shopping difficult. Also a lot of fruit and vegetables are often use by that day.

“Open at good times to be able to do a quiet shop, was well stocked even though later in the evening. Only issue was that some products were on a high shelf and unreachable. We had to pull someone away from their job to get steps for access.”

“I came into the store on Monday 7th October to have a birthday cake personalised. Didn't have a clue what I was doing and asked a member of staff for help.
Sophie came to assist me and I can't praise her enough. She was so helpful showing me all the different options. Then the machine crashed so she rebooted it and went to carry on with her other duties
After a few minutes she came back to me to check the machine was working again and once again took over and did my order for me.
Her patience and helpfulness was second to non.
