The was one minor issue but nothing to make a fuss of and again staff always happy to help
The room was great but the views and quietness for me was really what finished off the place highly recommend”

“Just had an evening meal as we were staying elsewhere. The set meal was very good and the waitress service equaled the food ?. Shame that no Dijon mustard/French mustard was available and I was a bit surprised that there was a surcharge of £4 for having steak on the "set" menu. Prices for the beer should be made known when ordering drinks.Food & drinks: The food was well prepared but I was a little disappointed that only one meagre over cooked mushroom accompanied the steak and chips.”

“Lovely staff, Raj-Gunn helped me with an urgent prescription which needed to be fulfilled. While there are often queues, they do get through them within 15-20 minutes despite the staffing issues.”

“Lovely clean rooms but the car parking was £8.50 for 24 hrs to park at lode multi storey carpark as the premier inn doesn't have their own car park. This hotel is round the corner from Wetherspoons and other pubs and take aways. Hotel has free WiFi but their bar / restaurant has a limited menu and limited amount of drinks available.”
