“Just had an evening meal as we were staying elsewhere. The set meal was very good and the waitress service equaled the food ?. Shame that no Dijon mustard/French mustard was available and I was a bit surprised that there was a surcharge of £4 for having steak on the "set" menu. Prices for the beer should be made known when ordering drinks.Food & drinks: The food was well prepared but I was a little disappointed that only one meagre over cooked mushroom accompanied the steak and chips.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights for work purposes. I found the location chilled and relaxing and can imagine during the summer it is popular especially with the adjacent canal. Friendly staff, vegan options on the evening and breakfast menu too. If I had one slight negative it would be around the portion sizes especially on the evening menu. However what I ate was very good and I'd definitely stay again!”

“Wow! Wow! Wow! This place. I booked this place as one of the nearest to Warwick Castle and nearly never got to the castle. I could leave the place. The bed was comfy. The food was great and the hospitality was bang on. From the moment I entered the reception myself and 3 children were greeted by Harvey (sorry if I’ve got your name wrong) who was so warming. We had a bit of a conversation and he smiled all through the conversation. We then went up to our room. Utter perfection. I was truly impressed. My 14 year old jumped on the bed and decided she lived the room. (She doesn’t like anything) went downstairs for food OMG! very quick service and no complaints from us on how good the food was. A dog friendly pub that kept my children entertained and my large glass of wine in a glass that did not have lipstick on it and it shone. The Manager and the rest of the team should be proud of what they are giving out to their guests. We appreciate all of the hard work you put in to make the greswolde Arms the place you would want to go to for comfort a friendly face and that big glass of wine. And remember they live your pets too”

“It is now called Hockley House and has been for about 5 years. I have had a very pleasant stay. Great staff that can't do enough for you. The breakfast was aplenty and evening meals didn't fail to deliver on quality, taste and reasonable ”

“Lovely staff, Raj-Gunn helped me with an urgent prescription which needed to be fulfilled. While there are often queues, they do get through them within 15-20 minutes despite the staffing issues.”
