“Fantastic hotel with great staff and good food which doesn’t cost the earth. I have been using the hotel regularly to go and watch Aston Villa and the experience has always been excellent. Made great by the front of house staff - especially Monica on the bar. The rooms are clean too and the breakfast is very good. The bar area is also nice and has all the main sports channels. A couple of issues which require addressing to take it to 5 star. The lift has been broken for as long as I have been staying and the car park was previously free for guests but now there is a fee, which isn’t great. Other than that top place to stay and I’d highly recommend.”

“I stayed at the premier Inn for one evening on Thursday (29/02/24) which was absolutely lovely, the only issue was that I was given my card and it didn't work until Tina the manager came out to help me with it and then when she fixed it, it had worked! It was a lovely hotel and the bar was nice too and the food was lush! I found a light in my room which was purple! It was new to me and was a lovely stay and id stay again!! ?The staff were really helpful!”

“A great room with a nice view of the canal and Mailbox entrance. You couldn't get a better location in my opinion to the Cube and surrounding areas.The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful as too were the other staff around the hotel. The entrance is kept clean and is modern as too was our room.We didn't have much shower gel in our bathroom, luckily I had brought some with me anyway so no big deal.We had a great breakfast, although some the items look somewhat dried out but this is minor detail which I'm sure is all dependent as to when one goes for breakfast.On a more positive note, the lady at breakfast was very friendly and accomodating and took my breakfast order for two poached eggs which were perfect! Thank you.Thanks to all the staff around the hotel for the great service and all done with a welcoming smile.A nice fuss free stay wih lovely staff.We hope to see you again soon.Thank you ??”

“Absolutely stunning hotel, in a beautiful building. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. I asked if I could have a slightly larger room and Fleur in the reception team organised me a wonderful alternative room.The rooms are beautiful decorated, clean and with luxurious products. Breakfast was tasty and the service was pleasant and swift.Thank you team for making my stay really comfortable and special. It was unexpected and very gratefully received.I will be back and will continue to recommend this hotel to any you me who will listen to me!”

“Very modern hotel with a relaxed environment. The lounge had a musical instrument theme which was visibly attractive and created a cool atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Room rates were rather expensive but I put that down to the 'Arnold sports festival' being held during my stay.Nearby activities: Short walk to the NEC and many other attractions nearby, including a lake, the Bear Grylls Experience and many restaurants.”

“The parking to the plaza is private so you have to pay their charges, not regulated by Travelodge and no discount for guests either. It was £12 for 24 hours. There’s a lift that goes up to the plaza and then take a separate lift up to the Travelodge (that lift STANK, like unbearably! Mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done for the one night that we stayed there at least).The space was nest and clean, rooms were good. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating.It’s a 20min walk from the Mailbox so great location.Nearby activities: It’s literally inside the broadway plaza that has activities like hollywood bowl, odeon cinema and food places as well.”

“The hotel Delta Marriott in Birmingham was so nice and clean! It was a lovely experience ! The bed is amazing , the bathroom immaculate and so clean! I truly appreciate a clean well kept room! Sleep requires peace and this property provided that! The food in the hotel restaraunt was ok.. I tried one of their new menu offerings (curry wings) I deffy didn't enjoy it. The CEASAR salad was so good! The cheese fries were not that great ..”

Rooms can get quite coldHowever reception,quickly sent someone to fix it.Breakfast is fantastic ,the executive lounge was nice,could be better with more of a selection. “Really good place this. Cheap as chips for a breakfast the beer is well priced too compared to most places.The tables we tended to sit are were usually sticky in places and the menus were sticky too. But other than that the food quality etc was great for what you pay!”

Good size room, we were on the ground floor this time, got a parking space in the car park, lovely breakfast ? Pleasant staff. Would recommend.Walkability: Few minutes walk to Brindley Place with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, the Sea Life centre, canal and Birmingham Symphony Hall.”

“Two years ago I stayed there for 10 days and I obtained excellent service from the crew, I was impressed and now again I have come to Birmingham and I wanted to book a room for myself. However, I don't know what the condition was there. A crew member came outside and behaved extremely rudely, he said no rooms were available, yes it's normal that rooms can be fully booked. But he didn't even allow me to enter the reception. He shouldn't have spoken that way. I liked their services last time that's why I came there again to stay. You guys should have chosen the right employees.Thanks”
