Using the self service machine today the system double scanned my product. Trying to edit the basket list myself the system wouldn’t let me. If you're going to allow charity collectors to set up a stand and loiter outside the shop, perhaps suggest to them that they don't block the pavement or pounce on customers entering and exiting the store. If I see them next time I plan to shop I'll keep going and use Sainsbury's or Tesco instead. Well played!
