I was waiting for my medication to be delivered but no one turned up. I called the pharmacy with no answer, the phone rang and rang then automatically the call got cancelled, I called 6 times that day. I had to send someone to collect the medication and was told that the driver called in sick. Why wasn’t I informed by...
