“My son has autism, and vaccinations can sometimes be a challenge for him. In the past, it would often take 10-15 minutes to administer a vaccine, and he might struggle or become upset, which could sometimes cause the needle to bend.

However, our recent experience at Ashworth Pharmacy was completely different. The vaccination was quick and painless, completed in just two seconds, and my son didn't even notice it! I am so grateful to Pranav Gupta and the Ashworth Pharmacy team for their professionalism and care. We will definitely be returning for future vaccinations.

“I had to get some emergency insulin, l called 111 and was given a referral for my medication. I then call the pharmacy to check that they had received my referral, they said no, they cannot get onto the referral system. They said they could not help and give me some medication. They told me to call 111 again. They sent the referral, l then call this other pharmacy, the same thing happens again, and l get told to call 111 again. I then call for the third time and again get a referral for my medication. I call Al Shafa pharmacy, again they cannot get onto the 111 referral system, however, they find a solution and l am able to get my medication. Great pharmacy and they find solutions to help and not just phob you off telling you to got back to 111, who cant give you the medication.”
