They know that people who come to a pharmacy go through stuff and they talk ever so politely.However I removed 1 star because of only 1 person there who has been dismissive and rude to my husband and I. If we ask a question she will reply quite rudely as if we are disturbing her. She will also use saliva to open bags which, in current covid awareness times, should not be done right?Having said that, the other members of staff deserve the other stars. They are polite and compassionate. If only that lady can make an effort. It does not cost anything to show a little bit of compassion and politeness.”

“I have tried many opticians for my 9 year who has SEN many believe me. I booked at random 2 years ago as other opticians that I had tried were not very understanding about his many complaints and his restlessness. I am very glad that I came to the West Brom branch with him. The staff are extremely friendly, understanding and helpful. Choosing glasses can be a great big nightmare at times as he feels the need to try on every pair. They really helped with narrowing down the pairs in a calm and fun way. I thank you all as I have not come across one bad staff member.”

“Called in to buy my wife some Prada perfume and face cream for her birthday. There was an issue with the perfume which I’d rather not mention in this review however, the staff at boots were fantastic when I returned the product the following day. They went above and beyond in resolving the situation, contributing towards a very happy birthday for my wife. Thank you Boots, your staff at Great Bridge are wonderful.”

“An excellent Pharmacy in my view and the fact that it is a Drive Thru as well makes it even better. The staff at Carters Green Pharmacy will always be there to help you if you have any questions and queries. I have certainly found that to be the case whenever I have been with my mother to the Chemist. If you are not feeling well and have taken the car, then at least with this Pharmacy you do not need to get out of the car as long as you have got your prescription. That is the beauty of a Pharmacy having a Drive Thru. Carters Green Pharmacy is not different to any other Pharmacy in terms of what it sells. From medicines to tablets these are some things you can purchase at Carters Green Pharmacy. However it also sells household cleaning tools, shower gels, hair gels etc. Nonetheless I did find the hair gels to be on the expensive side.”
