I was waiting for my medication to be delivered but no one turned up. I called the pharmacy with no answer, the phone rang and rang then automatically the call got cancelled, I called 6 times that day. I had to send someone to collect the medication and was told that the driver called in sick. Why wasn?t I informed by a simple phone call to say my medication won?t be delivered and not even an apology. I have known Ali for so many years and I remember him having pride in how he ran the pharmacy. More care needs to be taken when a patient is dependent on medication and should be informed if there is a delivery issue.

SAFEGUARDING ALERT 2 - This pharmacy is making repeated mistakes with their patients medication.Second Case 2I telephoned today to have my mothers prescription delivered.First staff member told me it was definitely not there and I should check back with my Mother's GP.I telephoned the GP staff and was told it had been sent. She also gave me the batch number to relay back to Victoria pharmacy.I telephoned and another staff member answered and said she had found the medication due to it being on the EPS. But due to the driver gone home, had they known that it would have been delivered sooner and it was the GP mistake not to send it in the usual way.I checked back with the GP as requested and was told that was not the case.I called the pharmacy and was told due to my SAFEGUARDING ALERT below the Pharmacist said that I should get my Mother's medication somewhere else.My intention today was to see if they had learnt anything from the last episode about PATIENT CARE AND WELBEING.... and delete the information below. No lessons learnt. My Mother is registered with poor vision, hard of hearing and much more. Why could they not apologise and just deal with care of the patients. I am aware this is a business, but it is suppose to be the next best thing to Dr or hospital... Saying your trusted pharmacy. TRUST NOT. Really disappointed, they have been honestly helpful in getting mums medicines to her in the past and I have always given them thanks.... What's happened.... You made a mistake... Apologise. Oh well... Just very sad at your business ethics and loyalty to customers and people in the community. Just really really bad.Case No 1My Mother is a vulnerable 87 years old who lives in a retired home. We do not live near close proximity and therefore require the services of the local chemist to deliver her medication. Today, they delivered her medication, giving her one which was described for her and three other medications which belonged to someone else.As her daughter, I telephoned the pharmacy, who was so rude. He shrugged me off and told me that he would get it picked up some time today. I reminded them that my Mother is registered partially blind and that she nearly took the medication - the pharmacist said, she is not due to take any until Monday. I said, ' no that was not the case'. Especially, in the light that they may have given her medication to someone else....as they did last year. After explaining myself, the Pharmacist said 'who are you' I reiterated that 'that's my mother' and she is vulnerable. He put the phone down.I want to know who do they have packing the medication in bags and why are they repeatedly making mistakes like this. This is NOT good at all and I think some customer service training in how to speak to clients who support their business and how to deal with complaints in an appropriate manner should be served. iNCLUDING...document which records clients medication and to cross checking...You can see from other remarks from the owner that HE JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.This is where people come to get support from GP or enquirers about general health and well being. If the owner tells you this is inaccurate, why would you have so many bad reviews based on your actions. VERY VERY RUDE MAN. Pharmacy that makes medication mistake should be audited and reported to the General Council. lets see their response before we proceed further.
