“Used the Post Office travel money services today to sell my foreign currency notes. I had excellent experience thanks to the friendly staff at Halesowen Post Office branch. Before the Post Office, I tried Asda Travel, HSBC and Halifax, none of them would buy back: Asda Travel's IT system was down, HSBC's staff was away for lunch break, Halifax only buys back foreign notes that was sold by them. The post office has not only helpful staff but also better exchange rates than Asda travel. Highly recommended if you need travel money or want to sell unused travel money highly recommend Halesowen Post Office Branch.”
