“First of all I would like to say the staff are beyond amazing !!! I needed my licence renewed and only post office within my vicinity to answer the phone..The Lady I spoke to on the phone was very very very helpful and gave me the best time to visit so I'm not waiting plys explained everything I needed to knw and bring with me.The Lady who served me knew about the phone call and was brilliant.. in and put in 10 mins.. fantastic service..Support this local post office as they will support you I hope these guys are around for a long time ... I traveled 5 miles only because of how helpful they were and to thd point only post office to answer my call.. I have 3 closer to Me who do this service..Thank you, I a customer you hav won ...”

“I rarely go to Cradley Heath but each time I've visited this post office I've been amazed at the number of cashiers available!! It's never been busy, probably as they have so many cashiers, on this occasion there were 3 and not another customer in sight.The building is somewhat unkempt but the service is fine ?”
