Rubbish, just got used to using mobile banking app and now I have to verify all transactions so making the app completely useless as it takes longer than just walking up to the counter, I don't want to learn anything about closing one app then opening another app whoever thought this up is either stupid or got no sense,... read full comment

This bank is the best in the country I had a brain tumour myself they were so understanding with my situation there was one lady who phoned me every month for about 12 months Purley just to see if I was OK thanks santander.

Excellent customer service from Julie in the branch. She walked along the queue checking to see if she could help anybody. I went with her to a podium and we conducted the business very quickly and easily.
