Walked into the bank today unusually quite, no arranged appointment to be greeted by a member of staff enquiring if they could help, now I'm not the most competent person with internet banking ! 10 mins later old accounts cancelled, new ones set up by very polite lady on the front desk excellent.

It's nice to go into Lloyds in Daventry Road the staff are always very helpful and it's nice to have face to face contact.
