“The lady who served me was fantastic. We agreed on the style. She knows her job! Really helpful. Then I was a little confused how to get back to the square in Coventry. I popped back into the shop to ask just as I was leaving. One of the assistants, who was from Sutton Coldfield, I don't know her name, escorted me to the edge of the shopping centre and pointed me in the right direction. Lovely service. Totally recommended them. The shades are the bomb!”
