“Well I was happy with the the optician, professional and friendly service. Helped me get through the eye test smoothly. Other member of stuff who ordered my glasses for me was also ok just a little advice for him to speak a bit louder and more clearly. All in all positive experience, the only thing that was negative was the price of additional 3D eye scan, your competitors do it for a fracture of your price you should think of reducing it, and as money was paid for the scan service, possibly give a copy of the scan to the customer. It would be much appreciated.”

“Excellent service! The receptionist was so helpful and friendly she managed to book my daughter in on the same day for an emergency appointment. Jason the optician was so thorough and caring, checking and testing my daughter’s eyes and then referring to the hospital for further tests. A small family run firm who were so personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will return rather than going to the bigger chains who don’t show the same level of care.”
