My pre-op consultation with Pretti in Leamington Spa put me at such ease that when it came to surgery in Norwich with Sajad I was totally prepared. Only wish I had done it sooner! To see all the leaves on the trees and light reflecting off them for the first time is such a gift. Their post-op care is also incredible. Do it if you can!”

“I was contacted by Specsavers to have a sight test after a two year gap. An appointment was promptly offered and my test was completed within two or three days of receiving my original notification. I received excellent care from the whole team at the Leamington Spa branch and by the time I left the store, I had ordered three new pairs of glasses. There was an extensive range to choose from and I didn’t have long to wait for my choice to arrive. The fitting was conducted very professionally and as yet, several weeks after collection, I haven’t had to return for any adjustments to be made. “I was happy with all the staff and the service appeared very professional. I would have given 5 star apart from the way the frames were displayed. I was early for my appointment so spent 20 minutes looking at and trying on frames. After my appointment I went back to the confusing display of frames only to be told that some I had been trying on were for men. There was no indication which were for men or women. A couple of helpful staff came to advise me but I feel it would have saved me a lot of time if the frames were organised better.”

“Being a local, I’m a regular here. The shelves are always stocked up and everything is in stock always. Their meal deals are good too. Friendly staff, always willing to help, except for maybe one or two. Clean and accessible. Wish the side entrance could be made accessible too.”
