“The staff were extremely helpful and the eye-test competently done. Only 4 stars since the cost of the spectacles was astronomic ... £435 ... a pair with un-thinned lenses from ASDA (same as my existing pair but to the new prescription) was £80 (£120 for 2 identical pairs)”

“Variety of glasses is very good, staff were really helpful, eye test and fitting were thorough and they took their time. I have complex lenses and the staff were very knowledgeable, the best out of all the opticians I've been to. Glasses arrived very quickly. Only negative that stops it being a 5 is that they got my appointment time wrong. I definitely wrote it down correct and I received a voice mail the day before. When I got to the store they had it down 45 minutes later. Not a problem as I walked around the shop and had a coffee, just annoying. Will not beat their prices anywhere, as thinner lenses are included in price if needed, I was shocked by this as I have been charged up to £270 for thinner lenses elsewhere!”
