“Visited the Merry Hill store to buy a birthday present for my daughter. I was greeted and asked what type of gift I was looking for. Then I was shown to a lovely seating area and offered a drink. I was introduced to Karen who, after listening to my daughter's preferences, brought over a tray containing a lovely selection of gifts to choose from. I have to say that I have never experienced such a wonderful and friendly service before. Nothing was too much trouble. Ellie gave us information on the jewellery repair/cleaning service you offer and gave further advice on aftercare including how often to get this done. Ellie had then took the time with us to look at wedding rings, had helped us be sized and shown us a range of products that she would recommend to match my engagement ring.
