“If you’re heading to the jewellery quarter for some retail therapy there’s only one place to go and that’s Hockley Jewellers! Me and my husband popped in to see if they had any ankle chains for us to look at, Mike was on hand to help and what a wonderful experience we had. Unfortunately for my husband we ended up coming away with more than just an ankle chain, however I can honestly say we both had the most fantastic customer experience and will definitely be back! “The best experience and cannot recommend this place highly enough. Trish took care of us from Day 1 from when we were just browsing till the very end for collection. I thought I knew what I wanted but soon realised once I tried it on that it wasn’t the one. Trish let me try on anything that caught my eye which helped narrow down what would suit me. Trish quickly understood my style and preferences, and helped me find something I absolutely love. As I can’t wear stones for my day job, Trish quickly found something for me to wear alongside the main ring, but also by itself for daily wear. I’ve therefore ended up with something completely unique that everyone loves. Trish sized both of us up perfectly for our wedding bands too, so collection day was super easy. We have nothing but praise for Trish and her help in getting us our pieces so seamlessly. Lee showed me what they had in store and after speaking to him and explaining what I want he went through what i could have and , size colour and design. First time we visited we rang beforehand to ask if they were stillopen since it was quite close to closing and they still served us to the highest standard and kept the store open for us.
