After sitting on my glasses (doh) I popped in to get them straightened out. It was quite busy when I went in, but I was offered a seat & wasn't waiting too long. Staff were friendly & approachable & fixed/un-wonkyfied my glasses for free. My saviours!

Staff went the extra mile to help sort out a communication error and got my order corrected with no issues.
