Popped in with my elderly dad for his eye test & new glasses. The optometrist asked me if I was due an eye test, which i was soon. She said I can get it done today for just £10, so I did & we both get our new glasses this Saturday.

Just needed an ultra cheap pair of specs for driving until after cataract surgery. I hadn't made a prior appointment and my prescription was from another opticians. No worries.
