From the moment I walked in the door, my experience at the Sutton Coldfield branch was a positive one from start to finish. I received a warm welcome, a check of my details against what was on the system, and confirmation for what I was there for - and in what order they would take place.
The initial exam was incredibly fast, and the staff member described what would happen with each machine she used before using them, and gave clear instructions throughout. After each exam I was told where to go and wait, and there was very little waiting around before the next person came and escorted me to the next part of the appointment.
Everything was quick and effective, but without feeling rushed, I had the opportunity to ask any questions along the way (most of which had been answered before I could think to ask them!), and ultimately came away with everything I needed from the appointment.

Was a bit disappointed because I got an email asking how is my glasses even before I got the glasses. How can you ask someone how are they enjoying the product before the person get the items. Communication within your company is poor. I got a call Tuesday letting me know that the glasses would be sent back to the manufacturer within 2 months if not collected. Yet I didn't even know that the glasses were at the Sutton Coldfield branch. Y'all need to communicate more within your organisation.

Had a lovely very experienced Optician check my eyes and her name was 'Sabreen'. Very good at her job and was lovely to talk too. I then got passed over to 'Wayne' who sorted my new glasses. Wayne was also fantastic, great to talk too and gave honest opinion about my glasses. He also knew what he was doing. In all I had fantastic service from this branch and would definitely recommend them. Thankyou Sabreen and Wayne
