They blocked and then closed my account due to a transfer. I've been banking with them for a few years. Also they don't open accounts for people without good conversational english. For such a big bank in the centre of Birmingham City Centre, they only have 2 active counters and are quite slow.The bank itself is very spacious but customers services needs to a bit better.Other than that, bank was nice and clean. They give free pens to their customers.
