Visited the branch today for an official name change and the staff were the most helpful friendly bunch of people I've met in any branch or any shop I've visited. Sat there for about an hour and half, people with the most moodiest faces ever, Waited nearly an hour and half for my card to be unblocked just for them to lie and say that have, got home and called lloyds as i was facing even more issues, Was later told they didn’t do anything at all, do not go here, may aswell go to... read full comment
