Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I have Bonds that expire and need to transfer monies from those to ISA's and discuss investments with tax implications. We had tried to make an appointment with the investment specialist but we're told this wasn't necessary. We popped into today to find only two cashier's available.... read full comment
