Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I have Bonds that expire and need to transfer monies from those to ISA's and discuss investments with tax implications. We had tried to make an appointment with the investment specialist but we're told this wasn't necessary. We popped into today to find only two cashier's available. We were told that we could discuss our financial requests but it would have to be done in the general area, no privacy and open to any other customers hearing about our personal financial situation. Highly unprofessional.unprofessional.

With Lucy then Donna leaving I wondered if things would decline as both ladies are superb. Recent visits and dealings with Preet and Sue have answered my query. Five star rating retained!! Thanks ladies.
