I have click & collected from this JD around 3/4 times now, each time I have to wait 10/15 for them to bring my order out. Not sure if they're back there stitching the clothes but it shouldn't take that long to pick up a packaged parcel & bring it to me. I made it clear I needed a gift receipt when paying. I got an electronic receipt. I then asked for the physical gift receipt only having to wait over 15 mins for a manager to arrive then a further 10 minutes for the manager to refund my account.
