I bought a pack of chicken wings recently then found that they were already open. I thought it would be easy enough to sort but despite EIGHT emails over TWO weeks I am banging my head against a wall. They appear (to me) to use AI to deal with customer queries which is fine in principle but these aren't that intelligent.... read full comment
