We popped into House of Fraser in Birmingham on Friday , Jake on the shoe ? section was absolutely amazing, first class customer service…very approachable and couldn’t offer enough help ….thank you Jake .

No toilets in a store this size? I asked the staff they said go across the road to McDonald's. The staff were polite.
If they had toilets I would have most likely browsed more lines & bought something but had to leave to relieve myself.
