“The name Hessa opticians is named after my daughter, Hessa which means ‘Destiny’. Although currently only 5 years old, our customers enjoy having her opinion on their choice of new spectacles!
I remember the day I decided to become an Optician. I had experienced the difficulties one has to face with poor sight and the extent to which it can affect the quality of life we lead. With this in mind, my dream was to give back to the community by offering my help in taking care of the health of their eyes. After having spent a number of years working as an optician, I really got to understand what my patients wanted from their optician and what their frustrations were. I desperately sought to work at an opticians that did not treat its customers
