I?ve been visiting Hessa Opticians for the last 2 years for my daughter and myself. The service received is exceptional and they set extremely high standards in customer services. I?ve had to come back a few times due to my 8 year old breaking her glasses , it?s never been an issue and a replacement pair has been organised swiftly! Outstanding service, keep it up!

If you?re looking for a professional, friendly and trusted clinic, Hessa opticians is the place to go. The optom here is incredibly thorough in eye examinations, with all the latest equipment. I have struggled with dry eyes for a long time, however, I feel at ease being seen here as I am provided with the best eye care and specs/contact lenses that allow me to carry out my day to day activities as normal. Nothing less than 5* in beautiful Hall Green!!

Has to be the worst experience I have ever encountered at an opticians. Every other sentence is to entice you to spend unnecessary charges which contradict what is said in the previous sentence one second prior to attempting to charge. Despite being told I could return my child's broken glasses which broke within less than a week of receiving due to being sold the incorrect frame. Upon attempting to return the glasses I was then advised that they do recommend plastic frames for thicker lenses. By law any hidden cost should be clearly explained prior to attempting to charge a customer. Otherwise you are legally not permitted to charge unexplained cost unless agreed to via terms and conditions which need to be issued to a customer. An extremely poor service and experience.
