Lovely, friendly staff as they always are when I go there, particularly at this branch. The staff I dealt with were quite young (I'm 60), they are a credit to their generation who unfairly get bad press.

Ordered on line for first time, I'm well impressed how quickly it came to the store of my choice. When collected the assistant showed me how the machine worked to receive my parcel. Well impressed. 5 star

it’s a huge store with no staff on shop floor, when I finally found staff who were by the back room, they were stand offish and rude talking amongst each other, acting like it’s not their job to serve customers. Don’t work in retail if you don’t want to interact DISGUSTING !!
