I had the pleasure of being assisted by Luke at the self-checkouts in H&M, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Luke's dedication to maintaining a clean and organized environment was evident from the moment I approached the checkout area. Not only did he ensure that everything was tidy and well-stocked, but he also took the time to assist customers with any questions or issues they had.Luke's friendly demeanor made the entire checkout process enjoyable. He was approachable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping customers have a seamless shopping experience. His willingness to engage in conversation and provide assistance added a personal touch to my visit to H&M.Overall, Luke's professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly nature greatly enhanced my shopping experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance while shopping at H&M

Lovely, friendly staff as they always are when I go there, particularly at this branch. The staff I dealt with were quite young (I'm 60), they are a credit to their generation who unfairly get bad press.

Ordered on line for first time, I'm well impressed how quickly it came to the store of my choice. When collected the assistant showed me how the machine worked to receive my parcel. Well impressed. 5 star

it?s a huge store with no staff on shop floor, when I finally found staff who were by the back room, they were stand offish and rude talking amongst each other, acting like it?s not their job to serve customers. Don?t work in retail if you don?t want to interact DISGUSTING !!

Unpleasant shopping experience. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Difficult to navigate at the store. They don?t provide a shopping bag.Staff at the fitting room and the check out after purchase expect the customer to do their job by demanding them to hang clothes back before leaving and to self bill and checkout . It?s understandable, that the courteous thing to do is leave the clothes not picked, in a neat and folded manner. Its not right to demand a customer to do so.Should I not receive the right guidance and help. What is the point of having any customer representatives working there. Truly believe the store is getting scammed by hiring staffs like this. They are driving customers away from the store and the brand with their unpleasant and unprofessional attitude.
