Spoke to Sophie who answered the phone quickly and was instantly helpful and gave us all of the information that we were looking for, turns out that the Coventry were proactively chasing the Yorkshire B.S. to hand our cash over but the Yorkshire had a backlog. This branch has always been a pleasure to deal with and it’s a shame they couldn’t match the rate or would have very happily stayed!! Thanks Sophie, Great Job!!”
